About The Project
With thousands of physical store locations and a number of management models NTB was struggling to manage its local digital presence across its wholly owned locations and franchises.
Moreover, NTB wanted to be able to provide its franchises key tools it needed to drive more business from online channels.
How We Did It
We took hundreds of data points for thousands of locations and integrated them into our pro-grade analytics dashboard to give NTB digital team a way to effectively manage there entire digital ecosystem and disseminate actionable insights to each franchise.

Through cooperation with franchise owners we ensured that each location could get reviews, checkins, website and social metrics through our client dashboard. Lastly, Space Chimp Media digital strategist provided franchises strategic analysis on how to improve there digital advertising dollars based on our intelligent monitoring dashboard.
Cost reduction and more customers for each franchise meant direct growth for NTB.
