Carson Barker is the Co-founder, Content and Social Media Strategist for SpaceChimpMedia.com. With an extensive background in social media and content creation, Carson has headed social media campaigns for Open Labs, FramesDirect.com, and several other local and national companies.
He received his bachelor’s degree in Journalism from St. Edward’s University in 2006, and is currently seeking his master’s degree in English Writing from the same institution. Before entering the world of social media, Carson wrote and worked for The Austin Chronicle, The Austin American Statesman, and People magazine.
Carson’s social media campaigns have led to clients being featured on a Geico commercial and Fox’s premiere televisions show, America’s Got Talent. Many of the YouTube videos he has co-created have received over 1 million views, and he grew FramesDirect.com’s Facebook fan base by 76% in two months. Carson specializes in developing and executing highly effective social media campaigns, blog campaigns, and other SEO content.
